Esoteric College of Rites

The Esoteric College of Rites is an international federative body that unites a number of distinct Masonic, Martinist, and Rose+Croix lineages under a common charter of amity and mutual recognition. Rather than constituting a single order, the College serves as a custodial and connective structure — one that preserves the regularity of the traditions it charters, transmits their rites intact through legitimate succession, and promotes cooperation among their members without infringing upon each body's sovereignty in matters of doctrine or initiation. Its motto, Conservare, Transmittere, Cooperari, expresses this threefold charge: to preserve the authentic lineages and rituals entrusted to its member orders; to transmit them faithfully, through legitimate chartering, to those prepared to receive them; and to foster cooperation among distinct but allied traditions through treaties of amity that protect the standing of their members. The bodies presently affiliated with the College span the Masonic, Martinist, and Rose+Croix traditions, and the College anticipates extending its concordances further within the broader esoteric and Hermetic current as new amities are formed. Through concordance rather than centralization, the College protects the standing of initiates across these traditions and safeguards the continuity of transmission from one generation to the next.
